Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Terms and Conditions") carefully before using the services provided by Kevin Smith Team Sports ("us", "we", or "our"). Your access to and use of the services is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all clients, users, and others who access or use our services. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the services.

  1. Services Offered: Kevin Smith Team Sports provides various services including but not limited to screen printing, heat transfers, embroidery, sublimation, team stores, and custom artwork creation. We strive to deliver high-quality products and services tailored to meet the unique needs of our clients.

  2. Order Placement: Clients are required to provide accurate and detailed information when placing orders for our services. Any specifications, artwork, or design files provided by the client must comply with our guidelines and requirements.

  3. Artwork Approval: Prior to production, clients are responsible for reviewing and approving all artwork proofs provided by Kevin Smith Team Sports. Approval indicates acceptance of the design layout, colors, and specifications. Once approved, changes may not be possible, and additional costs may be incurred for modifications.

  4. Production and Turnaround Time: Production times for orders vary depending on the specific services requested and the volume of work. While we strive to meet estimated turnaround times, unforeseen circumstances may arise which could affect production schedules. We will communicate any delays or issues promptly and work to resolve them efficiently.

  5. Payment Terms: Payment for services rendered is due upon order placement, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. We accept various payment methods, including credit/debit cards, checks, and electronic transfers. Any outstanding balances must be settled before delivery of the completed order.

  6. Quality Assurance: Kevin Smith Team Sports is committed to delivering products and services of the highest quality. However, due to the nature of custom manufacturing, slight variations may occur in color, placement, or alignment. We strive to minimize such discrepancies and ensure client satisfaction.

  7. Returns and Refunds: Returns or exchanges are only accepted for defective or damaged products. Clients must notify us within a reasonable timeframe of receiving the order and provide supporting evidence. Refunds or replacements will be issued at our discretion after assessing the nature of the issue.

  8. Intellectual Property: Clients retain ownership of any original artwork or designs provided for use in our services. Kevin Smith Team Sports may use such materials solely for the purpose of fulfilling the client's order unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

  9. Limitation of Liability: In no event shall Kevin Smith Team Sports be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to the services provided, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or business interruption.

  10. Governing Law: These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Kevin Smith Team Sports operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

  11. Amendment and Termination: We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate our services or these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website or notifying clients directly.
